What is a Thrivent Action Team?
Thrivent Action Teams are member-led projects, fundraisers, service events, or educational activities that can be completed within 90 days.
How to Get Started:
- Identify a community need (COOL has many—ask us for ideas!).
- Apply online by logging into your Thrivent account.
- Upon approval, gather friends and family to participate—or let us know, and we’ll help you form a team!
- A $250 VISA gift card to jumpstart your event or donate directly to COOL
- Thrivent Action Team T-shirts (COOL Food Pantries can always use these!)
- A promotional banner, invitations, and thank-you cards
- Benefit Thrivent Members: Lead two Action Teams per year (up to $500 in gift cards!)
- Associate Members: Lead one Action Team per year
