The staff is honoring various board members at the close of this fiscal year. Dave Ross, our President, has made a tremendous contribution of leadership. We want to recognize his efforts in leading the board forward with the REACH Grant goals and contributing so much time and effort to bring our board forward.
Rick Gottman has contributed 40-hour weeks to COOL heading up our Maintenance Dept. He has recruited many others who have helped in bringing our buildings into good repair. Many, many thanks, Rick.
We want to honor Jan Heikkila, who has been a board member for 23 faithful years. She has sold more “house pins” to fundraise for COOL than anyone! Jan will be taking the leadership of the Advisory Board in January 2010. Hats off you, Jan! You are an outstanding woman!

COOL Board Meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the 4th Thursday of each month at Bethel Lutheran Church on Grand Avenue in Gurnee, Illinois.
