  • 300 Sq. Ft. of Living & Bedroom Room Flooring per apartment
  • 60 Ft. of Fencing for backyard to keep our children safe while playing in the yard
  • A Safe Playground and Play Equipment for the backyard
  • A Storage shed for our lawnmowers and lawn equipment
  • Two battery operated emergency sump pumps to protect our basement housing in case of power failure
  • Two 3’ x 6’8” storm doors
  • Picnic Table for our backyard
